How to Register for NSA Insurance - just follow the steps below

1 - open the website at https://nsacanada.ca/player-registration/

2 - click on Register Now! (over on the left hand side of the screen)

3 - fill in your personal information on the new page that pops up

4 - choose "55" from the drop down list called Player Classification*

(when you are all filled in, a waiver agreement button appears).

5 - click in the "I Agree" boxes.

(once you check every box, a Submit button magically appears).

6 - click on Submit

That's it, you're done. This is a one time thing - you never have to do this again.
