Registration - print off (Ctrl-P) and submit the completed form to your manager by the final 2021 game, or by mail to the registrar before March 15, 2022.
The registration fee is $100. Attach a cheque (no cash) made payable to "Peterborough Men's Senior SloPitch League"
Your cheque can be post-dated to March 15, 2022.
